Amy McGowan MS, LPC, NCC

 I'm a licensed professional and National Certified Counselor, Pending LCADC. I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Monmouth University and a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling. 

My clinical experience is working with those in the developmental stages of childhood through adulthood, with professional experience working with youth and adults of the mental health and substance abuse populations. Some of the services and skills I  provide are assessments, diagnosing, and treatment planning in an intensive outpatient and standard outpatient setting, as well as a program coordinator with youth of various ages and their families. Additionally, I have experience working with adults with co-occurring illnesses in an inpatient facility and with women and children survivors of domestic violence. I apply genuine therapeutic approaches to EBPs, such as Motivational Interviewing and a healthier sense of self and well-being through motivation building and essential skill development.

Christine Andreotti, MS, LPC, NCC

I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology at Hofstra University, a master's degree in Psychology at Pace University and a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University with a specialization in substance abuse counseling. My clinical experience is working with partial care outpatient, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings. I also have experience assessing, diagnosing, and counseling individuals with various mental health and substance use disorders. My approach incorporates a compassionate solution-focused approach and, with each of my client's experiences, thoughts and emotions, tailor the sessions to meet your individual goals. I incorporate evidence-based techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, to help clients implement and maintain positive change in their lives.

Jillian Chandler, MA, Ed.S. LAC 

I am a licensed associate counselor. I hold a Master of Arts in School Counseling and an Ed.S in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. I have worked in education for over 12 years and am trained to work with children and adolescents in all stages of development, as well as adults and families. 

My clinical experience includes working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, social issues, divorce, pre/post-natal concerns, and clients within the LGBTQIA+ community. I incorporate talk therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and play therapy into my practice. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, and encouraging environment to help you reach your goals.

Meagan Roth, MS, LAC, NCC

I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in NJ. The therapeutic approaches I am skilled in are Crisis Intervention, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I provide therapy for clients suffering from anxiety, depression, and other emotional conditions. I also have experience working with clients struggling with addiction and clients who have experienced trauma and grief. I graduated from Regent University with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults to feel heard, understood, and experience a higher quality of life by creating a safe, person-centered environment for every client to be who they truly are.

Victoria Krajcik, MS, LAC

I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor with 5+ years of experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Youth and Family Ministries and a Master of Science in Counseling from Cairn University. I have focused my clinical expertise on working with children, adolescents and college students through cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training and attachment theory while implementing various counseling techniques. By integrating compassion, warmth, and patience, I can work with multiple themes, including depression, anxiety, shame, grief, spirituality, core beliefs, and self-worth. Through assessment and diagnosis, I will assist you in setting attainable goals while supporting you as you reach them.
